Question:Hello I m interesting in buying Glow Fusion Micro-Tech Intuitive Active Bronzer but I m not quite sure which one to buy because there are three different ones the (Bronzer – Luminous Bronzer – Sunshine and Bronzer – Golden). I am an African American woman I have a light brown complexion possibly like singer Rihanna or Ashanti. During summer i get a bit of tan (a shade darker). I would like to know which one of these bronzers you would advise me to buy for my type of skin and complexion (whats a good bronzer?). Regards Jessica
Answer: Most likely you have either a red or yellow undertone in your skin which will determine the colors that look best on you. Regardless of your skin tone stay away from cosmetics that have titanium dioxide in them. They tend to turn ashy on darker skins. Do not be afraid of using vivid rich deep colors like red or burgundy lipsticks and cream blushers that add highlights to your skin. On your eyelids use matte shadows in the shades of chestnut brown burgundy or mahogany or go all out and shimmer them up with copper gold bronze and platinum. Always use a glossy black mascara.
Specifically specialists would recommend the golden bronzer because it will keep your face a warm healthy appearance. It is also good for touch-ups when your tan or fake tanner is fading.
